Sales specialist

ANNA is more than a cabin. It expresses a way of living and outlook on the world. We are creating a network of people who share the same dream as we do: a green planet in which we live in close balance with nature. We build cabins to inspire the world, and look for the most beautiful locations and inspiring people to build our ANNAs with. We create an ANNA network by building lasting relationships with our clients worldwide and we don't rest until their ANNA is perfect.

We're looking for a Sales specialist to:

generate new leads by designing and executing storytelling in line with the ANNA identity
- create a sales strategy to generate sales in the target group, in line with the sales ambitions and the ANNA style
- build and nurture the ANNA community

be the face of ANNA from the very first message until well after the cabin has been installed
- build strong (in person) relationships with our clients
- administer/answer all messages and inquiries (mailboxes, Instagram)
- arrange viewings, meetings and video calls with leads and clients

nourish the network of ANNA owners to make sure they are 100% happy with their ANNA at all times
- work with creatives to generate and share captivating content to grow the ANNA community
- set up after sales with the production team
- solve warranty and after sales requests with the production team

administer and optimize our client journey
- oversee content to support the sales strategy (Instagram, Youtube, Newsletters, Media Coverage, website)
- set up the project planning, administer it and coordinate with the production team
- administer the sales process in our CRM (Nutshell)

You'll operate in a small team of self-driven people. You're responsible for the sales within Cabin ANNA. We expect you to work independently but in consultation with the Cabin ANNA team. We expect flexibility to accommodate our leads across the world. This is a hands-on job, so you'll get to strategise, oversee ánd do the job.  

We're looking for someone who is:  
- a people-person, who gets energy from building relationships
- hands-on, self-driven, with the ability to adapt to new circumstances
- flexible, a team player, and self-supporting

Do you have a representative appearance? Commercial behaviour without losing sight of the numbers? Proven track record in at least 3 different commercial roles? 

Are you looking for an exciting job to market and sell 30 cabins in 2025-2026 and generate growth for 2027? Can you design a sales strategy and execute it whilst building lasting relationships with our leads and customers?
